By the Answerbid teamVerified 12 October 20262 min read

Short answer

This decision means your industry or services are prohibited under OpenAI's ad policies, or not allowed in your category or market. Being registered or licensed doesn't make a business automatically eligible. Check the policy, and appeal only if you believe it was misapplied.
