Short answer
A citable case study names the customer (with permission), states the starting point, what was done and the measurable result with a time frame, in text near the top. "Brex cut close from 6 to 4 days" is quotable; "a leading fintech saw great results" is not.
Template
- Headline with the result and time frame
- Customer, industry and size
- Problem and starting number
- What changed
- Result with a number
- Quote from a named person
