How to map the questions buyers ask AI

By the Answerbid teamVerified 12 October 20262 min read

Short answer

Collect questions from sales calls, demo forms, support tickets, search console queries and community threads, rewrite them as a buyer would ask an assistant, and group them into category, comparison, alternatives, integration, pricing and problem questions. Thirty to fifty questions are enough to start.

Six question types

TypeExample
CategoryWhat is the best close software for a 300-person company?
ComparisonFloQast vs BlackLine for a mid-size team
AlternativesAlternatives to spreadsheets for reconciliation
IntegrationClose tools that work with NetSuite
PricingHow much does close software cost per year?
ProblemHow do I cut month-end close from 10 days to 5?
