Short answer
Each Pixel or data source gets an Event Quality assessment that shows whether its conversion data is useful for measurement. It refreshes daily over seven complete days. It doesn't predict campaign performance. Fix warnings by sending identifiers, preserving oppref, sending server events within an hour and deduplicating with one event ID.
Warnings and fixes
| Warning | Fix |
|---|---|
| Email or stable customer ID | Send eligible identifiers, normalised and hashed |
| Ad click information | Preserve oppref and pass it to server events |
| Conversions API delays | Send within one hour of the action |
| Duplicates | One event ID per action across browser and server |
| Additional matching info | Add phone, name, postal code, country, IP and user agent where eligible |
| Event types | Use standard events that reflect real stages |
Why there's no score
- No conversion goals configured
- Too little recent activity
- Not enough attribution evidence
- Data still processing
Questions
Is a zero the same as no score?
No. A zero is a result; "unavailable" means there isn't enough data yet.
