Sudden drop in delivery: what to check and send support

By the Answerbid teamVerified 12 October 20262 min read

Short answer

Check recent edits, budget and weekly allowance, bid warnings, policy notices, billing and conversion setup. If nothing explains it, contact support with the campaign goal, bid, conversion setup and the time the drop began.

Check first

  1. Change log in Ads Manager
  2. Weekly allowance and pacing
  3. Bid strength warnings
  4. Ad review status
  5. Payment status
  6. For conversion campaigns: is the event still firing?

Send support

  • Ad account ID
  • Campaign name and objective
  • Bid and bid strategy
  • Conversion setup
  • When the drop started, with time zone
