Short answer
Bulk upload uses a template with three tabs named campaigns, ad groups and ads. Keep the headers, use unique names, enter countries and context hints as JSON, write dates as YYYY-MM-DD (the end date is exclusive), and keep IDs to update existing objects. Product feed campaigns can't be bulk-created.
Steps
- Use "Export for edit" for a fresh file with current IDs
- Fill the campaigns, ad groups and ads tabs without renaming headers
- Leave the ID blank for new objects and include the parent ID
- Check titles (≤ 50), copy (≤ 100) and images (square, ≤ 1200 × 1200)
- Upload under Create > Bulk upload and read row-level results

Questions
Why did my upload create duplicate ads?
Rows with a blank ad ID create new ads. Reconcile existing ads before resubmitting.
