Short answer
Advertisers receive only aggregated, non-identifying performance data such as impressions and clicks, plus conversions they measure themselves. They never receive chats, history, memories, names, emails, precise location, IP addresses or sensitive information. If a user messages an advertiser through an ad, the advertiser sees only those messages.
Implications
- You can't build audiences from conversations
- Use your own site analytics and CRM for depth
- Respect consent for the data you send back (Pixel, Conversions API)
